We also set you up with your own landing page on our website with information listed below about the health packs so people can see what they are all about. You determine the best way to share this information with your community (emails, flyers sent home, social media posts, etc.)
When someone signs up for a box using your code, they get linked to your account. These boxes can be received by all family members if eligible through insurance. So a student in your district could end up signing up 10 people if they share it with their parents, grandparents, and other family members. Your school district receives $1.50 for every box that gets shipped out. This is paid every month!
If you have 10,000 people signed up under your link, your district will receive 15,000 every month. And this can continue to grow the more you share the program with your community.
Another bonus for the school districts is that SYSCO is a partner of the program. So when a school signs up to promote the health packs, they will receive a SYSCO discount code to save 30% on food orders. This can bring in large savings in itself.

Phone Call/Eligibility Verification
You will receive a call within 1-2 days following filling out the form to verify all the information is correct. We’ll then assess and verify your eligibility for vital private insurance and government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, SNAP, CHIP, TRICARE, and others. This takes 10-14 business days to complete.
