Dr. Tiffany Russell grew up in southwestern Pennsylvania. She attended St. Vincent College where she played softball and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following her graduation from St. Vincent College she moved to upstate New York to begin her schooling at New York Chiropractic College. In 2009 she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic with an additional Master’s of Applied Clinical Nutrition degree. Dr. Russell is NBCE board certified and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Russell grew up playing sports in high school and college and knows how important function and nutrition are for the body to perform at its best. She began seeing a chiropractor in college and quickly began to understand the importance of regular chiropractic care. She began her education in chiropractic with the goal of helping people live a happy and healthy life through a more natural route. After working as an associate for a few years, she was finally able to open the doors in May 2015 to her very own chiropractic office, The Chiropractic Edge. She is very excited to finally be able to truly put the patient first and listen to their wants and needs. There is no better feeling than watching a patient leave in no pain or less pain than when they walked in.
Dr. Russell is constantly wanting to expand her knowledge and keep up with new advances in natural care by attending seminars and taking online courses. Since opening her practice she has become a Certified Neurokinetic Therapist. She is currently taking classes to become a Certified Spinal Hygienist in order to teach her patients about the value of taking care of your spine for a lifetime and not just when you are in pain. When she isn’t helping her patients in the office she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and 2 sons (soon to be 3).
