This is a government backed program with 80+ grants that has been approved by the White House. This means it is 100% covered by all insurances. Patients who have Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare are automatically eligible for this program without having to go through a benefit check upon enrollment.
This program is zero cost to you. First we set you up with an account that comes with your unique QR code and link to share. We also set you up with your own landing page on our website with information listed below about the health packs so people can see what they are all about. You determine the best way to share this information with your community (emails, texts, social media posts, etc.)
This is where being a medical clinic gives you an advantage to regular businesses promoting the health boxes. As a medical clinic you have 2 options to implement the program detailed below:
Option 1(Least chosen): Share your QR code and link with practice members. Let them sign themselves up and share the info with their family. The distributor will bill using the MD’s they have on staff and you will receive $1.50 for each box sent out every month. If 10,000 people sign up using your code, you will receive $15,000 every month.
Option 2(Most chosen): The distributor will take care of all of the billing for you just like an outsourced billing company. Instead of using the MD’s NPI on staff, you give them permission to bill under your NPI. You get reimbursed directly from the insurance companies $96. The distributor will invoice you $84 and you will end up with a profit of $12.00. Also, when a patient does a test from their box(covid, flu, ect) you will be paid $2-8 per test. When a patient does a telehealth call you are paid $9. So that changes your reimbursement from $1.50 to $12-$29 per patient each month. With this option we do a standing order to begin. You let us know how many patients you have in your database that would qualify and we send a bulk intro box to them and allow them to customize future boxes from there. This is much easier than having patients initially sign themselves up. You will still have the option of sharing your link with patients for them the share with friends and family as well.
So that same 10,000 patients would bring in $120,000-290,000 per month. If you are a larger clinic with more qualifying patients you could bring in significantly higher revenue.
As with all government programs, we don’t know exactly how long this will run so implementing this program sooner rather than later will allow you to take advantage of the most benefit!

Phone Call/Eligibility Verification
You will receive a call within 1-2 days following filling out the form to verify all the information is correct. We’ll then assess and verify your eligibility for vital private insurance and government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, SNAP, CHIP, TRICARE, and others. This takes 10-14 business days to complete.
